Our engineering philosophy is rooted in focusing on elegant solutions. Simplicity follows the hardware across the lifecycle and saves cost and frustration along the way.

In development, we utilize a hybrid approach - hand sizing joints and interfaces followed by FEM to evaluate the field of parts where necessary.

As engineers, our natural tendency is to tinker, but our mission is to create clarity from chaos. Major decisions must show their merit via trades, and speed of decision closure is a focal point always.

Open communication and providing context behind decisions is essential for team development. We approach feedback from a place of humility and as an opportunity to teach, mentor, and collaborate.
